Susan Laufer (b. 1950) lives and works in New York City and Martha's Vineyard, MA. Laufer received a BFA from Boston University and an MA in Painting from New York University. Laufer has traveled in Afghanistan, Iran, Morocco, Egypt, and across Europe. These travels after college became significant in her work. Her process has been described as a psychological excavation connected to a long history of painterly abstraction that was influenced by the architecture and artifacts she viewed.

Please note that the listed prices do not include shipping. Shipping is calculated after purchase based on the size and fragility of each artwork as well as the shipping address. You will be emailed a shipping cost. Once you approve and pay for shipping, the artwork will be shipped.
All artworks are professionally packaged for shipment and insured. Most artworks shipped within the US are sent via FedEx. Most artworks shipped internationally travel via DHL. Exceptional pieces can be shipped via an art shipping firm at an additional cost.
